With
3 and 4 axis capabilities, we are able to select
the most cost
effective production method. Our innovative
fixturing and workholding methods and in-house
fixture design & manufacture get your parts
into production quickly. With a variety of
software available, we can select the most suitable
system to generate optimum toolpaths. Finished
parts that weight five ounces, that were machined
from a five pound block of aluminum, are routine. Mold
cores and cavities, cure plates, and other multi-surface
3-axis contoured parts are also accommodated
with our wide range of capabilities and experience.

Our largest lathe,
with 15.5" 3 jaw chuck, or 4.50" collet
chuck, allows us to turn larger and longer parts
than most shops. With "Devibrator" boring
bars up to 2" in diameters, deep bores to
10x diameter are possible. We routinely
machine Inconel, beryllium copper, stainless
steel and other exotic alloys used in oilfield
and aerospace applications.

Our
Charmilles 310 wire EDM allows us to work with
exceptionally tall
parts, as well as those with extreme tapers. Custom
machine modifications allow us to cut parts up
to 108" long. Precision thin parts can
be stacked for cost effective production rates. Where
many shops do not like to EDM aluminum, we have
a special filtration system that catches the large
volume of particulates that would clog standard
EDM filtration systems. For more info on

Consider
AWJ for profiling parts from almost almost any
material, from metals
to plastics, laminates, tile, glass, rubber or
any other requirement. With no heat affected zone
as with laser, plasma, or torch, parts can be cut
as close as +/- .005" with a finished perimeter. For
stripper plates and similar parts, AWJ can be 5-10
times as fast as wire EDM. With virtually no
setup or tooling, parts can be produced with very
short lead times. Your CAD drawing can be converted
to a machine program in minutes, at very low cost. Many
parts that are thought of as "machined" parts
can be profiled using AWJ to save material, and
get a head start on additional machining operations.

parts can be accommodated. The degree of
precision is dependent on many variables, but
we commonly work with tolerances of +/- .005" to
+/- .0005". Check
